🌅 A day in Anna's life
My name is Anna. I'm nine years old. This is my daily routine.
Every morning I wake up at six o'clock. After I wake up, I get up and I brush my teeth. Then I take a shower and I get dressed. I always wear my school uniform.
Before I go to school, I eat breakfast with my family. I love cereal and orange juice. My mom makes my lunch and I put it in my backpack.
I go to school by bus. The school bus picks me up at seven thirty. My best friend Lucy sits next to me. We talk and laugh on the bus.
After school, I do my homework. Then I watch TV for a little while. We have dinner at seven. Before I go to bed, I read a book. I go to bed at nine o'clock.
🚗 My family's transportation
My family lives in a big city. We all go to different places, and we use different means of transportation.
My dad works in an office downtown. He drives a small car to work, but when there is too much traffic, he takes the subway. The subway is very fast under the city.
My mom is a doctor at the hospital. She rides a bike when the weather is nice, but she takes a taxi when it rains.
My brother Tom is fifteen. He walks to high school because it is only ten minutes away. I take the school bus with my friends.
Once a year, we travel to see my grandparents. They live far away in another country. We fly there by plane. It is a long trip but it is exciting!
